Who we work with, and who we do not
This page answers one question: is RAGSEO a fit for your company?
RAGSEO works with companies that sell to other businesses. Manufacturers, industrial suppliers, component makers, B2B SaaS teams and distributors of technical products. We work in any market you sell to, domestic or international, in English or in the languages your buyers actually use.
This page is a fit check, not a pitch. It covers the company types GEO suits, the ones it does not, what a good fit looks like in daily practice, how the first month runs, and the industries already in our case library. If you recognize your company below, book the audit. If you do not, we will tell you so.
A good fit
Industrial manufacturers
You build machines, equipment or components and sell on specs. Buyers ask detailed questions before contacting you, which is exactly what AI search answers.
Component and parts makers
Your products sit inside someone else's product. Buyers search by tolerance, material and standard, and citations in AI answers build trust before the first email.
B2B SaaS companies
You sell software to business teams. Buyers compare options in ChatGPT and Gemini before a demo, so your documentation and comparisons need to be citable.
Technical product distributors
You carry brands and stock rather than manufacture. Your advantage is availability and expertise, and AI answers reward clear, well-structured product information.
Suppliers selling in several markets
You sell across borders and need visibility in several languages. Multilingual sites and localized landing pages are supported across our plans.
OEM and ODM suppliers
You win work through capability and past projects. Case materials and product data feed the RAG knowledge base that drafts your content.
Not a fit
Consumer brands
GEO here is built for long B2B buying cycles and technical queries. Consumer impulse purchases need a different channel mix and different creative.
Dropshipping stores
No owned product materials and no real differentiation means nothing solid to build a knowledge base from. Content would be thin and would not earn citations.
No real product or service
If there is nothing concrete to describe, we cannot write EEAT-compliant content that answers buyer questions. We would rather decline than take the budget.
Anyone wanting guaranteed memory citations
ChatGPT answers from live web search can be influenced. Answers from knowledge stored in the model without web access cannot currently be optimized. No agency can promise that.
Signs it will work
You have product materials
Catalogs, spec sheets, drawings, past cases or technical documentation. These feed the RAG knowledge base, and better inputs mean better drafts.
Someone can approve content
A named person on your side reviews and approves articles before publishing. Our process publishes only after client approval.
Sales follow up on inquiries
GEO brings inquiries. If nobody answers them within a day or two, the visibility work cannot turn into revenue.
Patience for 3 to 6 months
Significant improvements in rankings and organic traffic can usually be observed within 3 to 6 months. GEO targets are monitored over 3 months.

Questions buyers ask
Do you work with companies outside manufacturing?
Yes. Manufacturing and industrial supply are where most of our case library sits, but B2B SaaS teams, technical distributors and service businesses with a clear offer also fit. The test is not the industry label. It is whether you sell to other businesses, have real product or service materials, and face buyers who research before they contact you.
Can you optimize for ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok at the same time?
Optimizing for ChatGPT tends to help visibility in Gemini and Grok too, because they reference public web content. Each model has its own mechanism, though, so we evaluate only against ChatGPT search results. Citations are monitored regularly with screenshots in ChatGPT search mode, not logged in, and if the 3-month target is not met a proportional refund applies.
What if we sell only in our home market, not for export?
That is fine. We work in any market you sell to, domestic or international. Multilingual websites are supported in English, Japanese, Russian and other common languages, and localized landing pages can target one country only. The method does not require you to sell abroad, it requires buyers who search before they buy.
How long before we see anything?
For SEO, significant improvements in rankings and organic traffic can usually be observed within 3 to 6 months. GEO targets are set over a 3-month window and monitoring continues after the target is reached. Monthly reports use Google Search Console and Google Analytics data, so you see the trend rather than a single snapshot.
